These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the website electrochuck.app (the "Site"), operated by Devside SRL (Belgium). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Purpose of the Site
The Site presents the game ElectroChuck (in development) and lets visitors express interest and, where available, join a beta via Apple TestFlight. The Site does not sell any product or service.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the ElectroChuck name, logo, artwork, characters, text and graphics — is owned by Devside SRL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to the Site.
- Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
Beta participation
Any beta is distributed through Apple TestFlight and is additionally subject to Apple's terms. Beta builds are provided "as is" for testing and may change or be withdrawn at any time.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devside SRL shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Belgium.
